Information and advice

This site and a first tech review give general facts and advice. They are not legal, accounting, insurance, formal compliance, or penetration testing services. Site content does not create a client deal, a fiduciary duty, a secrecy deal, or a promise of results.

No promised result

We do not promise savings, safety, compliance, uptime, a provider, a price, or any business result. You are in charge of your choices, backups, login details, safety steps, and review of each provider contract.

What you send

You confirm that you have the right to send the facts and files you give us. Do not send illegal content, passwords, card details, Social Security numbers, health facts, or other sensitive data. Sending a site form does not create a nondisclosure agreement.

Provider ties and pay

A tech firm may pay us if you buy its service through us. The amount can differ by firm. We compare firms that may fit the needs you state. We do not promise to check every choice in the market. Providers are separate firms. Their own contracts cover their work.

Fair use

Do not misuse the site, harm how it works, try to get access without permission, send harmful code, or copy site content for business use without permission. The Ultimate Agency or the named owner owns the site content, brand, and original work.

Limits

The site is offered as available, with no warranty to the full extent the law allows. To the full extent the law allows, The Ultimate Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive harm tied to site use or trust in its content.

Other firms

A link or note about another firm is not a promise or endorsement. We are not in charge of another site, its safety, its uptime, or how that firm meets its contract.

Michigan law

Michigan law governs these terms, without its conflict of law rules. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
